MarkdownVerse provides a suite of markdown editors, viewers, cheat sheets, and file converters free of charge. You do not need to register an account or pay a fee to access these features.

You may use these utilities for both personal and commercial projects, including generating documentation for private software libraries or converting commercial documents.

2. Document Content Ownership

MarkdownVerse does not claim ownership or rights over any text, files, HTML code, or PDF documents parsed or created using our tools. Your inputs and outputs remain entirely yours.

All template layouts provided in our Examples collection are distributed under the MIT license or placed directly in the public domain. You may copy, edit, and modify them for any purpose.

3. Service Limitations & Warranty Disclaimers

Our tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranty of any kind. While we make efforts to preserve list hierarchies, tables, and bold styles during file conversion, we do not guarantee that formatting will translate perfectly.

We are not liable for any data corruption, file parsing errors, or loss of workspace drafts resulting from the use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your source files.

4. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to bypass our visual interfaces, inject malicious code into client-side dependencies, or execute scripts designed to disrupt the operation of our website.
